About Pray the Word

An inter-denominational Christ-centered ministry, Pray the Word Ministries is committed to teaching, assisting, mobilizing and networking with Christians and ministries for intercessory prayer and spiritual growth.

Pray the Word Ministries has four strategic areas of ministry.

teach • assist • mobilize • network

Teach Believers

Through Bible studies, conference speaking, and prayer tools, Pray the Word Ministries endeavors to teach others how to pray, how to pray effectively and how to go deeper in your walk.

For some, prayer is an uncomfortable and virtually, an unknown mystery. For others, prayer is common but they are seeking a deeper walk with the Lord and a more effective prayer life. Believing the very Word of God is our most powerful and effective tool in the use of prayer, Pray the Word seeks to train believers how to pray more powerfully, more effectively, using God’s Word and bringing heaven down to earth. All the resources that are available are designed to teach and to train individuals how to pray with a greater intimacy with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Assist Others

We assist others: individuals and other ministries of Christ-like faith. Believing we are the body of Christ, our desire is to assist others in their walk, in our churches and in other ministries. We assist Christians, churches and ministries across denominational lines, through the use of prayer guides, prayer tools, conference speaking and bible studies for personal and group studies.

Mobilization

We have had a number of great opportunities to mobilize believers, committed to prayer, to pray for specific events and activities, from praying for church staff to city-wide prayer walks, to major conferences, uniting intercessors for a greater glory.

Networking

Pray the Word Ministries partners and networks with other ministries for the fulfillment of God’s purposes and plans for our families, churches, para-church ministries, our country and the world. We are partnering with Houston’s First Baptist Church, Living Proof Ministries w/ Beth Moore, the International Mission Board, National Prayer Committee, the KSBJ Christian radio station, and others.
