Churches in Transition

An important part of Pray the Word Ministries is to consult with churches that are experiencing a transition in leadership.

  • A church may seek help while they are searching for a new pastor. Mary Ann will come in, determine what the church needs, whether she should be there for a long or short period of time, and then get to work.

    Mary Ann has and will consult with any church of Christ-like faith.  Her goal is to engage the church leadership, staff, and congregation to pray the promises of God for their new pastor.

    Prayer, especially praying the Word of God, is one of the strongest tools available in the Christian’s and church’s arsenal of weapons. It is essential to pray when there is a transition of leadership in a church.

  • Mary Ann teaches the church body the importance and power of Scripture when praying. She leads them in devotion, prayer, and consecration to prepare the way for their new pastor and to give the congregation clear sight and wisdom to know God’s will for their church.
