You Have Freedom to... PRAISE

Have you heard the phrase "Freedom is not free?"

It's true.

There was a cost exchanged for the freedom you and I enjoy today. The cost of freedom we have here in American came at the cost of the lives of soldiers fighting for our Country.

There was another who also laid down his life in exchange for our freedom, our eternal freedom. Jesus sacrificed His life, shed His blood for you and me to have access to eternal freedom.

"Truly my soul finds rest in You, God; my salvation comes from You. Truly You are my rock and my salvation; You are my fortress, I will never be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on You, God ..." Psalm 1-2, 7 NIV.

The cost Jesus paid was so you and I would have access to a glorious salvation. It is through salvation that eternal freedom comes. With this freedom comes great power and great responsibility.

It also comes with an invitation that can be found in Psalm 100:4-5 NIV.

"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever, his faithfulness continues through all generations."

Will you accept this invitation and enter with me into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise?

Let us praise Him together!

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3:17 NIV

Let us go together, into His gates and into His courts! Let us enter into His freedom!

"Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me." Psalm 103:1-2 NLT

This week let us join together in thanksgiving and praise. Let us enter His gates and His courts. Let us use this gift of freedom to PRAY THE WORD!
